Your data & the booking form

When you use the contact and booking form we collect only what we need to reply and to plan your tour — your name, contact details, the tour details and any rider information you give us. We use it to answer you and to organise the ride, and we do not sell it or share it beyond what is needed to run the tour.

You can ask us at any time what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing wheelsonfireazores@gmail.com.

External links & embeds

We link to and embed content from services such as YouTube, Instagram and Google. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those third parties.

Photos & media on tour

We often film and photograph our tours. If you would prefer not to appear in anything we share, just tell your guide on the day and we will respect that.
